New kit tested as part of major flood response exercise

Environment Agency teams across England are training with new temporary flood barriers, pumps, vehicles, and drones as part of Exercise Certus, which reached its climax last week. Teams from the Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire office in Warrington are testing the local response, using real time data, practicing our winter readiness and using real-life scenarios to replicate how a flooding incident plays out.
